These terms apply when you use Eccoci. By creating an account you agree to them.
Who can use Eccoci
You must be at least 14 years old. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account and phone secure.
Your content
What you post stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the members of the group you post in, only so the app can work. You can delete your posts at any time.
Be kind
Do not post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual involving minors, or that you don't have the right to share. You can report a post or block a person in the app. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Premium subscriptions
- Premium costs $4.99 / €4.99 a month or $34.99 / €34.99 a year per group, or the local equivalent shown in the App Store.
- New subscribers get a 14-day free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the subscription starts.
- Subscriptions renew automatically through your Apple account unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in your iPhone Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
- If a group goes back to Free, nothing is deleted. Premium features, recaps and past days are hidden until the group upgrades again.
The service
We work hard to keep Eccoci running, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
