One family, three countries, one question a day.
01 · Texas
I live in Texas. My parents are in Milan, 8,700 km away. My sister is in Switzerland and my brother is in the UK.
02 · The distance
We are all together once or twice a year, if we are lucky. The family chat had birthdays and photos of dinner, but I was missing the small things: what my mom thought about over breakfast, what made my sister laugh this week.
03 · The ritual
So I built a small ritual: one question a day, for all of us. Now I know my family the way I would if we had lunch together every day.
